Please ensure all garments are unworn, have their original tags attached, and are free from makeup or perfume marks.

Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all Dressmezee tags and hygiene seals remain intact.

Download your prepaid shipping label or QR code from the portal and drop off your parcel at any authorized collection point.
